Besides the work I have done in the designing world, I have also gained experience and made contributions in the areas of cross-cultural advising, gender research, and social inclusion.

In the clinical administration field, I manage to reduce the ongoing professional practice evaluation (OPPE) process from 3 months to 1 by transitioning from manual to automated process with the use of visual basic (VBA) and Excel.
Conducted social network analyses utilizing NodeXL and Gephi software, to identify gaps in the social services provided to vulnerable communities in Worcester, MA.
While in Grad school as the student representative of the graduate program, I mediated events, workshops and focus groups focused on multicultural sharing.
